Chamberlain College of Nursing
For 120 years, Chamberlain College of Nursing has been offering quality, flexible nursing programs – both
on-campus and online. Formerly known as Deconess College of Nursing, the school is now part of DeVry Inc., and thus has a new name. The wide variety of programs and learning options allow students to choose the degree and style of learning that best fits their schedule and career expectations.
Chamberlain College of Nursing is accredited by The Higher Learning Commission of the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools (HLC). Programs offered by Chamberlain College of Nursing are accredited by the HLC, the National League for Nursing Accrediting Commission (NLNAC), or the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE) – depending on the level of program and location offered.
Available Nursing Programs
Chamberlain College of Nursing strives to provide students with a quality, up-to-date and relevant education. Students can choose from two to four-year programs in the following fields:
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN)
Throughout their studies students will have access to labs and equipment that are of the highest quality, and regularly updated to include the latest technology.
Online Programs
The school offers and online Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)* as well as several programs for current nurses wishing to achieve their next level of accreditation with the following options:
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to Registered Nurse (RN)
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) to Master of Science in Nursing (MSN)
* The Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) Program is available exclusively for Columbus, OH residents.
Chamberlain College of Nursing invites transfer students wishing to upgrade their skill to apply for transfer credit. Student with relevant work experience can receive up to eight extra credits towards their chosen degree.
