Nursing Programs
Independence University gives students the skills necessary to prepare them for careers in nursing and health care. The graduate program provides advanced courses including gerontology, community health, nursing administration and wellness.
The condensed format by which Independence University courses are delivered allows students to cut down the time it takes to complete their degree. Students can double up on courses and finish their studies in half the amount of time it takes through traditional institutions.
Students who attend Independence University have access to support around the clock, and can create their own, customized study schedules. Students can access study material anytime, anywhere, and can chat online with fellow students. Teachers are available to help students online, and are experts in their field.
Student Support
The Student Help Desk is available for students who are having difficulty accessing their programs, or need information or transcripts. A toll-free number is also provided in case Internet access is interrupted. Through the online portal students can chat online, make payments, and inquire about test, etc.
Financial assistance is available for those who qualify, and Independence University has a variety of tuition payment options to help students shoulder the financial burden of post-secondary education. They even know 10% off total tuition costs if the student pays the entire amount upfront.
Military servicemen and veterans are also welcome at Independence University. Tthe Student Services department will co-ordinate any veteran’s enrollment with the Department of Veterans Affairs. The university is also affiliated with DANTES to help those who are currently serving any part of the military with their tuition and enrollment.
